The Aims of the Patient Participation Group

We have an active Patient Reference Group. We meet on a regular basis in order to review and discuss changes to either the services that we offer, or plan to commission.  We also discuss changes happening outside of the surgery, but within NHS Islington, and how these might impact on patient care.

The patient group has played a key role in the development of our appointments system, have reviewed and changed the website, alongside shaping our Patient Satisfaction Survey and reviewing the results.  

We are always looking for new members to join the group. Should you be interested please contact Jackie Early (Receptionist).

Getting Your View

The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible. We would like to obtain your email address and mobile phone number to do this.
