Thank you all for your patience and understanding in these exceptional times. We want to assure you that we are still here to care for you. However, in response to new national guidance to delay the spread of the Covid-19 virus and protect the vulnerable we will be providing medical advice and assessment by telephone or video wherever possible and safe. Where it is necessary for patients to be seen face to face we will arrange to see them after a telephone consultation. You can also use our online consultation tool DoctorLink. Click on online consultation.
If you have a pre-booked appointment this will be converted to a telephone appointment and you will be called. Please do not attend the surgery unless you have been told by a doctor it should be face to face. All patients coming into the practice will be asked screening questions. Please DO NOT come in if you have a fever / cough or are a household contact of someone who has these symptoms.
Please be mindful of extra administration requests - letters and prescription extensions. We are currently running on lower staffing levels. Non urgent tasks will not be prioritised.
Please do look at the following guidance, which gives comprehensive guidance on when and how to stay at home well and safely if the need arises.
Covid-19 is a self-limiting illness in the vast majority of people and it is entirely safe to stay at home with the following advice. If you are concerned about any symptoms whilst self-isolating please consult via NHS 111 first. Try the 111 online tools first and only phone 111 if necessary.

Survey - Extended Access to GP Services in Islington
The CCG is currently considering how best to deliver extended access to GP Services in Islington so that it meets the needs of our population and is affordable. We have recently formed a working group that includes representation from CCG Clinical leads, Practices Nurses, the LMC and LPC, NHS England and patients. As part of the patient engagement work the Group is undertaking to inform commissioner understanding we have developed an online patient questionnaire on extended access available here:https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/ICCGSurvey
