Accessibility
Helping Patients with Mobility and Wheelchair Needs
We have automatic doors at the entrance to the surgery. We have yellow lines outside the practice which can be used for patients displaying a Blue Badge. Our clinical rooms are wheelchair accessible on the ground floor. We have a lift to access our clinicians upstairs, although the clinicians upstairs will happily move into another consulting room downstairs if patients do not wish to use the lift.
Helping Patients with Seeing and Hearing Needs
We can provide documents in larger print if needed. We can arrange BSL interpreters if required.
Helping Patients with Learning Disabilities
Patients with learning disabilities are reviewed annually. These check-ups are up to 30 minutes. Care plans are given to patients which are easy-to-read. Patients will see the same regular GP.

111 – NHS non-emergency
When the practice is closed, you can call 111 to speak to a trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you questions to assess your symptoms and direct you to the best medical care for you. If it is appropriate 111 can arrange an appointment with a GP or nurse out-of-hours.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
