Appointments System
These can be booked on the day or in advance by telephone or by calling in at reception. Telephone lines open at 08:00.
Patients registered online access you can book appointments by logging in to online services. You can also request repeat prescriptions, view medical records and update your details. Please clink the link at the top of this page.
Note: If you need log in details please come to the surgery and we need proof of ID e.g. (Passport/Driving Licence) in order to issue you registration details.
Note: for travel vaccinations please call the surgery to book an appointment with the practice nurse. Doctors cannot do travel vaccinations.
Continuity of Care
To offer the best health care its important to have a consistent relationship with one GP.
To help maintain this continuity of care please try to make your appointment with your regular GP. However, there is always a GP on call for urgent medical treatment if your regular GP cannot see you.
Telephone Advice
The doctors and practice nurses are happy to provide advice and results by telephone where possible.
Please telephone the surgery.
Home Visits
Home visits are for patients who are housebound and unable to attend the surgery.
If you think that you may need a visit please telephone before 11.00am if possible.

Cancellations & Reminders
Cancel an Appointment
It is important that you inform the reception staff if you are unable to attend your appointment, this will allow that appointment to be offered to another patient. If you fail to notify the Practice that you are unable to attend, you will be sent a letter informing you that you have defaulted from your appointment. Persistent defaulters maybe removed from the list.
You can also complete our appointment cancellation notification request form. This can only be used if your appointment has been arranged for more than 24 hours in advance. (excluding weekends and public holidays). You can also text to cancel your appointment.
Text Reminder Service
We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.
To have this service you will need to register by completing a consent form.
Please remember to update your contact details with us when you change address, telephone numbers and email address.
Late For Your Appointment
Please attend your appointment on time, if you are late you may not be seen. If you are not seen you will not be able to rearrange your appointment until the next working day-except in the event of an medical emergency that requires immediate attention.
Interpreter
If you require an interpreter to attend with you when you see your Doctor please notify the receptionist and she will arrange this for you.

Appointments are available until 19:15 on Monday evenings and from 07:30 on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
